They don’t dedicate to washing hair just “splashing” and rinsing, especially long and thick hair that requires some time. Doing it all restless, fast and aggressive. They blame the hair for their inability to make the desired looks, that’s what I’ve heard first time ever how the hair “doesn’t wanna cooperate”, which is nothing less than absurdity. Simply because that’s the looks I always go for and no hairdresser ever had an issue or said such thing. Not to mention the quality of the looks - the next day hair looks dirty and completely out of shape just a few hours after. I will not visit them again, even though I really like some of the people working there. The manager of the salon is 10/10.
