When I was booking the appointment, they communicated with me very well. Multiple text messages were sent back-and-forth and this was for a same-day appointment request, which they provided. And they communicated so well, even though I was texting in English and they were texting in Serbian (both sides had to translate). They did a very good job with the pedicure, and the specialust treated me in a very pleasant way. When I went to check out, they had an opportunity to charge me more (because a higher price was in the reservation email). But they did not charge me more. They only charged me for the pedicure work that was necessary, which saved me 1500 RSD. So they are very honest people, also. I would recommend this salon.
